Parveen advises clients on business rescue and insolvency matters, corporate and commercial litigation, and disputes arising within the mining, construction and financial services sectors. She has particular experience in matters involving complex restructuring proceedings and claims arising from delict.
She represents and advises corporations, business rescue practitioners, liquidators and individuals across a range of industries, including mining, construction, logistics, manufacturing, telecommunications, real estate and advertising. Her approach is commercially focused, with careful consideration given to both legal risk and practical business outcomes.
Parveen has been involved in a number of reported judgments in the High Court, Supreme Court of Appeal and Constitutional Court, acting in matters concerning business rescue, directors’ duties and related insolvency disputes.
Parveen commenced her legal career as a candidate attorney in 2017 and has since progressed to her current position as Senior Associate.
