Moleboheng is an associate in our Litigation department. Moleboheng has wide and diverse experience in various types of litigation and dispute resolution (including dispute resolution process leading up to the commencement of proceedings).

Her experience includes representing clients in various areas of the law including contractual and corporate disputes out of the high court and magistrates court. Other skills include running and advising on local/domestic arbitration proceedings, administrative hearings and appeals in relation to decisions by regulatory bodies, including reviews of such decisions.

Moleboheng also has experience in insolvency matters, particularly with those relating to liquidations and business rescue; having assisted in acting for various clients in respect of advising, placing and defending companies being placed under liquidation and business rescue. Moleboheng’s experience includes the convening of formal enquiries into the affairs of companies in liquidation, drafting liquidation applications, and proof of claim affidavits on behalf of creditors.

Moleboheng has conducted numerous due diligences (from a litigation and dispute resolution perspective) for various corporate clients. Moleboheng has also successfully assisted clients with defending Equality Court matters.

  • Convening of a formal enquiry into the affairs of a company in liquidation on behalf of a multinational company which is a trusted Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) solution provider in the infrastructure and energy sector internationally.

  • Advising a multinational investment company of their interests as creditors in South African based business rescue proceedings.

  • Defending clients in Equality Court proceedings instituted against them.
