Carmen is experienced in rendering legal services to companies within the mining and petroleum industries and the shipping & logistics industry. She offers a full suite of services to her clients, including, inter alia, Corporate Commercial related advice, Regulatory advice and Litigation.
Carmen completed her law degree at the University of Cape Town in 2011. Whereafter, she began her articles at a highly regarded boutique law firm in Saxonwold, specialising in public law, insurance-related law, banking and finance, and delictual claims. After being admitted as an attorney, Carmen joined an affluent international law firm where she gained experience in her two industries of expertise. In September 2018, Carmen joined Tabacks as a director in the Mining and Shipping & Logistics departments.
